PTO SCRIP Cards!!
What is SCRIP?
SCRIP is a no-selling fundraising program that benefits your family and Assumption. SCRIP is just another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks and credit cards. You and your family (grandparents, aunts, uncles, coworkers, etc) can purchase gift cards from Assumption SCRIP at face value. Assumption coordinators purchase these cards at a reduced price. The difference is an instant rebate for your SCRIP account and the school.
What's in it for me?
Raising money for your school and parish, of course! But now we have sweetened the deal. After your family has earned $100 in rebates, profits will be split 50/50! The PTO will keep 50% and the other 50% will be applied as an Assumption tuition credit for the following school year. The earning period will be April 22, 2016-April 30, 2017.
How do I purchase SCRIP?
SCRIP paper order forms are available on the Assumption SCRIP page. These forms can be turned in to the school or parish office. Orders can also be placed online at www.shopwithscrip.com. Contact Sarah Summers for the Assumption enrollment code.
We also have SCRIP-to-go cards kept on hand for faster delivery. A list of current cards on hand will be kept on the PTO bulletin board page on Fast Direct. If you need a card now, send a Fast Direct to Sarah Summers to order.
How do I pay for SCRIP?
Only checks and PrestoPay will be accepted as payment for SCRIP.
Checks need to be made payable to Assumption PTO with SCRIP in the memo.
Checks can be sent to the school or parish office in an envelope marked SCRIP. PrestoPay is an online payment method offered by ShopWithScrip.com that links your checking account to pay without checks. You will need to complete the PrestoPay registration and be approved by the coordinator before you can use PrestoPay.
