Trunk or Treat, Oct. 25
Please join Assumption PTO for their Annual Trunk or Treat on Friday October 25th from 6:00—8:00 in Parking Lot A. This is a family fun event for Assumption Day School and PSR families. Feel free to elaborately decorate your trunk and dress up in your themed Halloween best or just grab some lawn chairs and candy to get in on the fun. A DJ will be keeping it hip and PTO will award prizes for: Best Dressed Student, Best Dressed Family/Group and Best Decorated Car. Where do I park? Parking spaces are not assigned and arrival time is no earlier than 5:30 in Lot A. What do I bring? Chairs and plenty of candy to hand out. PTO will provide an update on the number or trunk or treaters one week prior to the event. If you are bringing beverages, please no glass bottles. Also, no pets allowed. What will we eat? Pizza will be available by advanced purchase. How will we exit? O’Fallon Police Dept will be present for the entire event and will direct traffic back onto Main Street at 8:00. NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED TO EXIT THE LOT PRIOR TO 8:00. This is for everyone’s safety. Thank you for understanding. How do I sign up? PTO now offers two options: return the bottom of the paper in the old school style of sending it to the Main Office marked Trunk or Treat or use our Cheddar Up Link for online registration and payment. Will I receive a ticket for entry or anything to validate I paid? Nope—we are all adults on the honor system. Assumption Gives Back: The O’Fallon Police Department donates their time to keep up safe during our event. Please show your appreciation by bringing gift cards to local restaurants which will be given to the officers at the end of our event.
