At the Book Fair you will find the latest and finest titles for kids, as well as books of interest to parents.  The Book Fair is a great way to get everyone excited about reading. We are changing the time frame that you can pick up your trash bags on Monday 10/27/14. You will be able to pick them up on the lower lot (lot A) from the trailer from 2:30pm - 5:00pm. Please make arrangements to be able to pick up yours bags during that time frame

Dear Parents, Every seven years, schools in the Archdiocese participate in the School Improvement Process. We, at Assumption School, are beginning the process this year. We will be looking at all the great things that happen here every day, and we will examine those things that could be strengthened. Teachers have already been divided into teams to work on the different categories: Catholic Identity, Educational Issues, Institutional Issues, and Data Collection. Assumption Parent Teacher conferences are Thursday, October 30. Parents of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students do not need to sign-up for conferences. Those teachers will be in the faculty room for you to stop in during conference hours. This is also true for Art, Music, Computer and PE teachers. Assumption School's 7th and 8th grade students have been working hard during their play practice to make sure SHREK the Musical will be the best musical yet! Our fine arts curriculum includes an opportunity for middle school students to let their talents shine; whether it's through painting, singing and/or dancing. There is also a chance to practice other important stage skills such as props management, technical skills for lighting and sound, and managing the cues for actors and actresses.
