As we kick off the school’s largest fundraiser of the year, the 2023 Assumption Gala: Prom Through the Decades, we are excited to announce a brand new GOLF CART will be raffled off at the event on April 22, 2023! The beautiful 2022 ICON i40L Caribbean Blue, four-person Golf Cart, is courtesy of STL Custom Cartz (owned by the Carrino’s (Assumption School and Parish family), and includes the following features:
- electric
- 12” aluminum wheels
- tail lights/turn signals
- digital gauges
- headlights with high beams
- horn
- seatbelts
- side mirrors
- 4-wheel disc brakes
- flip windshield
To help make the raffle a success, we are asking that each Assumption student (day school and PSR) sell at least one ticket. Tickets are one (1) for $20 or six (6) for $100, and can be purchased with cash, check (made out to Assumption), and online at abvm.home.qtego.net. There is no limit on the number of tickets sold. After selling tickets or making a purchase, please send completed ticket forms with payment in a sealed envelope through school to ATTN: 2023 Gala committee.
Please note: If the reserve of ticket sales are not met, the raffle will be held as a 50/50 raffle. A cash option of $5,000 is available in lieu of the golf cart.
Whether you take a chance on winning the golf cart, or strive to be the highest raffle ticket seller, you could win these incentives and rewards for your purchase and participation!
- any class with 100% participation will receive a Dress Down Day
- class that sells the most tickets will receive and extra recess with treat (Treat for PSR)
- every day school student that sells at least 5 tickets will receive a Dress Down Day
- day school student that sells the most tickets receives a lunch delivered to school for you and a friend from restaurant of your choice
- PSR student that sells the most tickets will receive a $10 gift card to restaurant of choice
- family/person who sells winning Golf Cart ticket will win an iPad
- early bird seller drawing (tickets sold by Feb 1st) wins a 55" LG 4K thin smart TV
- early bird buyer drawing (purchased 5 tickets by Feb 1st) wins a Blackstone table top grill
