Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that, as we continue to grow our summer offerings, we might have not made everything crystal clear. As we are asked questions, we will add them here with answers. Thank you to everyone who has been calling/emailing us with your questions! 

Q: Is there are a minimum number of campers required to hold session?

A: Yes, the minimum is 10. If there are not 10 paid registrations by 5/15/20 for a particular camp, we will cancel the camp and refund fees for that camp only. You will be notified after 5/15/20 if this is the case.


Q: Is there a discount for Vacation Bible School (VBS) again this year?

A: Yes, for each child entering PK-5th who attend 3 or more additional camps, VBS costs for that child will be reimbursed after 5/15/20. You must sign up for VBS online to attend.


Q: Which grade level should I choose?

A: Choose the grade level your child will be enrolled for 2020-2021. If you child is currently in kindergarten for the 19-20 school year, they will be able to sign up for 1st grade camps this summer. 


Q: Are camp leaders who are not returning for the 2020-2021 school year still leading their camps?

A: Yes. Unless you hear from the school, camp leaders are still leading their camps as scheduled, as long as minimums are met by registration deadline.


Q: Can I pay by credit card?

Q: Will before and/or aftercare be available?

A: Unfortunately, we are not able to offer before or aftercare this summer.


Q: Is there a multi-child discount?

A: No. We have researched other camps in the area and believe that our price points are very competitive in comparison to other local offerings.
