Scholarships

Secure your child's future today! Attending Catholic School is NOT out of reach! Now more than ever, families with children in K-8th grades have the opportunity to afford a Catholic education through Assumption tuition assistance and other Archdiocesan scholarships. Don’t delay! New families could get up to $6,375 for tuition assistance for the 2023-24 school year.

If you think you can’t afford a Catholic education at Assumption School think again. Additional financial assistance is now available in Missouri, and new students are encouraged to apply!

We are excited to publicize that the office of the Missouri State Treasurer has approved the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation (TTEF) as an Educational Assistance Organization (EAO) for the Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program (MOScholars). The new MOScholars scholarships are for new students and can be used toward your Assumption School tuition.

Qualified students in elementary and secondary school who are new to Assumption must meet the following criteria:

  • Is a member of a household whose total annual income does not exceed an amount equal to 100% of the income standard used to qualify for free and reduced lunches (refer to guidelines below), and meets at least one of the following:
    • Attended a public school as a full-time student for at least one semester during the previous twelve months; or
    • Is a child who is eligible to begin kindergarten or first grade.

Income eligibility guidelines are determined annually by the federal government. You can find that information at https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2022-02-16/pdf/2022-03261.pdf

If funding remains available after all students who meet these qualifications have been served, then the next category of qualified students is considered and includes any student who:

  • Is a member of a household whose total annual income does not exceed 200% of the standard used to qualify for free and reduced lunches (refer to guidelines above) and meets at least one of the following qualifications:
    • Attended a public school as a full-time student for at least one (1) semester during the previous twelve (12) months; or
    • Is a child who is eligible to begin kindergarten or first grade.

To find out if you qualify for this new scholarship program, take the family pre-qualification survey that recently opened online at https://esasurvey.paperform.co/. Don’t delay! New families could get up to $6,375 for tuition assistance for the 2023-24 school year.
