Assumption builds in three (3) SNOW DAYS each year. There are two possibilities used for school cancellation: ● School is canceled and students do not have any work to complete. This uses the 3 days that are built into the calendar. ● AMI (Alternative Methods of Instruction) learning on all days after the three (3) snow days are used. ● For PreK to 8th grade, Teachers will “zoom” meet with the class, take attendance and review what is to be accomplished for that day. ● Assignment Packets will be available online and teachers will be available from 9 until noon via google classroom and/or email. ● AMI Days do count as a school day and all work is due the day of return. ● PreK through Grade 8 grade School packets for AMI days are found on the website: https://assumptionbvmschool.org/Student-Life/AMI-Days-Assignments Click on the first lesson available for the AMI day.
