Music Trivia and Auction


For more than 100 years, Assumption Catholic School has provided a challenging academic curriculum to students starting from our early childhood program through our eighth-grade classrooms. Each year we hold a Gala Dinner Auction or other fundraising event to directly benefit all students of our day school and PSR programs through tuition assistance, faculty development, student activities and technology enhancements. These auction proceeds are vital to our ability to help our students meet the academic and spiritual challenges of their future. 
We know that a successful auction is not possible without the remarkable support and backing of our Assumption community. 

This annual event requires many diverse gifts, time and skills. If you enjoy working with a team and want to help with large events this is the volunteer opportunity for you! From decorating, creating programs, setting-up, tearing-down, serving drinks, greeting, soliciting silent and live auction items, providing tech support… the ways you can help and become involved are endless! Please contact the school office for information about how you can assist with this fun event. Generally held in March or April of each year.

Mark the calendar! Our parish is celebrating the Assumption Black and Gold Gala, Saturday, March 29, in the Parish Hall. This extraordinary evening serves as a vital fundraiser for Assumption. It is a night to celebrate our parish and come together for music trivia, live/silent auctions, raffles and lots of fun.

We know from experience that a successful event is not possible without the remarkable support and backing from YOU! We are asking families to consider supporting the largest fundraiser of the year in at least one of following ways:

1. Volunteer to be part of the event Planning Committee.
2. Donate an item or service (Donation deadline is Friday, March 3, 2025).
3. Become a sponsor.
4. Provide financial support through a monetary donation.
5. Purchase an ad in our program (Ad deadline is March 3, 2025).
6. Join us for this year’s Music Trivia event on Saturday, April 29, 2025. (tickets available soon!)
