Back-to-School Open House Kicks Off 2025-2026 School Year

Be sure to join us, Sunday, Aug. 10 for 10 AM Mass, and then stay for a couple hours of fun, drop off school supplies in your classroom and meet your teachers at the annual Back-to-School Open House, Sunday, Aug. 10 from 11AM-12:30PM. 

Families will enjoy complimentary hot dogs, chips and drinks; giant inflatable slide; and Bubble Van fun for all ages! Tents with tables and chairs will be available on the school parking lot where we will also be selling Assumption Fall Festival Carnival Wristband vouchers, good for unlimited rides at the two-day event, Oct. 4 and 5. All are welcome to grab a bite to eat and drink, and stay to explore our beautiful campus, including our new Early Childhood Education playground! 

A warm welcome and blessings to all our 2025-2026 school staff and administration, especially to the new employees joining our loving Assumption School family. New faces include Mrs. Beth Williams, Fourth-Grade Teacher; Mrs. Emma Hogan, Middle School Religion Teacher; Ms. Tammy Byrnes, Pre-K3 Aide; Mrs. Janice Medlin, Pre-K4 Teacher; Mr. Derek Lowe, PE Teacher; Mrs. Alissa Walsh, Pre-K3/4 Aide; Mrs. Terri Schlichting, Kindergarten Aide; and Ms. Mary Ward, First-Grade Aide. 

Preschool Orientation is at 6PM, Monday, Aug. 11, followed by Kindergarten and First-Grade Orientation at 7PM. For all the new middle school students, we look forward to seeing you at 6PM, Tuesday, Aug. 12. Our first day of school is Wednesday, Aug. 13 with noon dismissal, and the Assumption After-Care program begins Thursday, Aug. 14. Check out our school calendar for all these details and more!
